FIBC's overview

Ventilated FIBC for wood logs, Log-Lift®

This special design of ventilated or breathable FIBC for wood logs: Log-Lift®, is designed with ventilation strips along all sides. Woven, mesh and combination-type constructions are made available in breathable fabric or polypropylene to serve the purpose of air circulation. These bags are used for transportation, storage and drying of wood logs. The FIBC Log-Lift® is made from UV proof material and is therefore suitable for outdoor drying. It is also ideal for use in indoor drying chambers.

Formstable FIBC, Q-bag

The Q-bag is a square shaped FIBC, Power-Lift® which is particularly suitable for the filling and transporting of free-flowing substances. The Q-bag's stability is due to its sewn-in internal section. After filling, the FIBC retains its original external dimensions with bulging being kept to a minimum. This provides substantial space-saving during transportation and storage. Q-bags are used for packing fine powder, minerals, chemicals, food and pharmaceuticals.

Builder bag FIBC, Kuub-zak®

Kuubzak®, FIBC builder bags are used for packaging aggregate, sand and disposal from construction sites.

4-Loop FIBC, Power-Lift®

The standard 4-Loop FIBC, Power-Lift® is used for packing, transporting and storing powders, granules and minerals. These bags are multitasking due to high economic production method.

1-Loop and 2-Loop FIBC, Power-Lift®

The 1-Loop and 2-Loop FIBC's, Power-Lift® are used for packing fertiliser, chemicals, various types of grains, seeds, briquettes, pellets, cement and other materials. One or more FIBC | Bulk bags can be lifted at the same time with a hook or with similar devices. These are the most economical FIBC's (best price-to-carrying weight ratio).

Static protective FIBC, Power-Lift®

Some bulk materials generate static electricity during filling, transport and unloading. This electricity can occur inside the FIBC, Power-Lift® and on the fabric’s surface. When this electric charge comes in contact with dust or gas, it can lead to a risk of fire or explosion. The use of the conductive FIBC, Power-Lift® prevents this risk. NNZ supplies this bag in four classifications: types A, B, C and D. These FIBC | Bulk bags are used for packing combustive powder and products, food and pharmaceuticals, minerals and chemicals.

Liners for FIBC's

Liners for FIBC's can be made out of different materials to suit specific needs for your applications to protect against contamination, moisture, and oxygen. NNZ supplies the following liners: PE (insulating, conductive, antistatic), PE/Al (conductive, insulating, antistatic) and PE/EVOH (insulating and antistatic).

Ventilated FIBC for produce, Power-Lift®

Ventilated or breathable FIBC, Power-Lift® is designed with ventilation strips along all sides. Woven, mesh and combination-type constructions are made available in breathable fabric or polypropylene to serve the purpose of air circulation. These bags are used for the temporary storage and transportation of perishable goods such as agricultural products and are primarily used to carry potatoes, onions, carrots and a variety of other fruits and vegetables. They prevent temperature shock. The greater the difference between the transport temperature and the ambient temperature of the destination, the greater the degree of shock. Ventilated FIBCs can prevent this from happening.
