The Royal NNZ Group bv is a dynamic multinational family-owned company that has been supplying packaging to customers in the Fresh Produce and industrial sectors for over 100 years. Worldwide, NNZ has grown into an organization with over 250 employees spread across 24 branches in 18 countries. In Groningen, we work with a team of 3 colleagues on various HR issues.
For ‘the Royal NNZ Group bv’, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Global HR Manager.
Your main tasks:
In addition to the assumed responsibilities of an internationally operating HR manager, you are given the inspiring task of further developing the HR organization within the Group into a coherent professional team that assists senior management in directing and executing HR policies. This policy has several central themes, with sustainability, talent management, education and development, and succession planning as the main focus points. In addition, you play a key role in rolling out various projects, such as setting up and coordinating an international employee satisfaction survey. As a sounding board for the board and senior management, you contribute to the development of the Group and help NNZ successfully enter a new era.
What do we ask?
Extensive experience as an HR manager in the field of policy, leadership, and management, as well as in setting up, coordinating, and executing projects. You have an academic level of working and thinking and possess distinctive conceptual qualities to analyze complex issues and reduce them to practical manageable subjects. You are capable of inspiring, motivating, and assisting your team in developing their skills. You have a clear vision of leadership, collaboration, and HR that assists the board and managers in executing their daily activities effectively. As a proactive professional and entrepreneur, you contribute to the further development of the NNZ countries, and with your organizational sensitivity, you can find a balance between differences in cultures and needs. You are willing to travel regularly.
